In the course of its own marketing, advertisement, and customer-facing sales execution efforts of KIRSH Products, Dealer is permitted and agrees to use KIRSH approved logos, trademarks, images, branding, and slogans. Dealers will be provided with pre-approved materials via the KIRSH Dealer Portal and may engage their KIRSH Agent/Sales Leadership for customized requests.
